Star Medical Associates makes it easy and convenient for you to manage your health care online. Once you register, you can log in at any time to:

  • Request an appointment
  • Complete patient forms
  • Request prescription refills
  • Request and view your medical records and test results
  • Communicate with our office

IF YOU ARE NEW to our patient portal:

  • If you have not received authorization to begin using the portal, call our office to obtain a registration PIN.
  • Click on the Register link below.
  • Follow the directions to create a new account. You will create your user ID and password.
  • Once approved by the practice, you can log in and begin using our convenient online services by clicking on the appropriate sections in the dashboard.
